Exterior Painting & Repairs • Pressure wash exterior surfaces to remove dirt, dust, and surface contaminants. • Scrape and remove loose or peeling paint as needed. • Perform minor stucco repairs where necessary. • Repair damaged exterior window and door trim. • Replace or repair deteriorated trim materials as needed. • Caulk applicable joints, seams, and gaps to provide a clean, weather-resistant finish. • Prime repaired and bare surfaces as needed. • Mask and protect all non-paintable surfaces. • Apply exterior paint to designated surfaces for a uniform, professional finish. Interior Drywall Repairs • Protect adjacent floors, walls, and furnishings in the work area. • Repair minor drywall damage, holes, cracks, and imperfections. • Apply joint compound and/or patching material as needed. • Sand repaired areas smooth and prepare surfaces for painting. • Prime repaired areas as needed. • Touch up or paint repaired areas to blend with the existing finish.
