These Terms govern access to Crewdax, a business directory and map operated by KERNL LIMITED, company number 16974545 (“Crewdax”, “we”, “us”). By using Crewdax, you agree to these Terms.
1. Business-only service
Paid listings are offered only to businesses and people acting for business purposes. You confirm that you are at least 18, are authorised to act for the business, and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. What Crewdax provides
Crewdax lets visitors discover local contractors and contact them directly. Crewdax does not carry out contracting work, employ listed providers, guarantee availability, or endorse any specific provider. Any services are agreed directly between the visitor and the listed company.
3. Your listing and content
You remain responsible for your business information, selected professions and services, prices, images, team profiles, service claims, review links and other content. You grant Crewdax a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, format and publicly display that content for operating and promoting the directory. You must have the necessary rights and permissions.
4. Public Google review data
If you submit a public Google review link, you ask Crewdax to retrieve and display the public author name, avatar, rating, relative date, comment and business response when available. This process depends on third-party page structures and may be delayed, incomplete or stop working. You may remove imported reviews from your listing.
5. Subscriptions and renewal
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in the currency shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. Annual subscriptions are priced at ten times the selected monthly price. We may offer different prices to new customers; existing subscriptions retain their agreed price unless you expressly accept a change.
6. Cancellation and failed payments
You can schedule cancellation through the billing portal. Your subscription and listing remain active until the end of the paid billing period and payments are not prorated or refunded, except where required by law or for a confirmed duplicate or erroneous charge. If a renewal payment fails, we may immediately hide the listing and suspend dashboard access until payment succeeds.
7. Moderation
We may refuse, hide, edit metadata for, or remove content that is inaccurate, unlawful, misleading, unsafe, infringes rights, contains spam, or harms Crewdax or its users. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, unauthorised access or attempts to interfere with the service.
8. Availability and changes
Crewdax is provided on an “as available” basis. Map display is provided using Mapbox, while address search and geocoding use Geoapify and open mapping data. Maps, payment services, email delivery, imported reviews and other third-party services may be unavailable. We may update or discontinue features and will take reasonable steps to avoid material disruption.
9. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crewdax is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, provider conduct, property damage caused by a provider, or third-party services. Our total liability connected with a paid subscription is limited to the amount paid to Crewdax in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Account deletion and records
Deleting an account cancels the subscription immediately, removes the public listing and deletes associated account content. We may retain anonymised financial and security records where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Public profile information
Crewdax may structure your public profile with clear titles, descriptions, and local business schema to help search engines and AI systems understand the information on the page.
14. Search visibility
Your listing may include a search-friendly description and direct links to your website and social profiles. These features do not guarantee indexing, visibility, traffic, or ranking; search engines decide whether and where pages appear.
