Fixed Contracting Services Inc.

We had a great experience with Corado and his team! A great presentation showing us exactly what would be done during our roof replacement. The entire process took two days, they were clean and efficient and were always communicating what was accomplished that day. I highly recommend this company for any of your roofing needs! Thank you to everyone at Fixed Contracting we are so happy with all of your work. Danielle and Greg Mason

Our restoration company (First Onsite) uses Fixed for it's most complex jobs and discerning clients. I recently had Denis and Matt visit my home to inspect damage from a tree fall. They were very professional, thorough, knowledgeable and discovered subtle damage that the mitigation team missed. I couldn't ask to be in better hands for my roofing and exterior repair. Strongly recommend these guys, it is worth the investment. Alex

I recently hired Fixed Contracting Services for a project that grew significantly in scope—and for good reason. From the initial repairs to the final finishing touches, they proved to be an exceptional team. Professionalism and Reliability The project originally began as repairs related to an insurance claim, which can often be a stressful and rigid process. However, their professionalism and clear communication made it seamless. After seeing the high quality of their initial work, I felt completely confident keeping them on for additional projects throughout the house. Quality of Work and Attention to Detail The team showed incredible versatility, handling everything from structural repairs to fine finishing: • Drywall & Painting: They repaired drywall and painted an entire staircase, which is notoriously difficult work. The repairs are seamless, and the precision on the trim and spindles has completely transformed the space. • Vanity & Sink Installation: They also replaced a bathroom vanity and sink. The installation is flawless, with perfect leveling and clean plumbing work that shows they don't cut corners. Final Verdict It is rare to find contractors who are as respectful of your home as they are efficient with their time. If you are looking for a team that delivers high-quality craftsmanship without the usual stress of renovations, I cannot suggest them enough. Highly recommended for anyone needing reliable, top-tier contracting work.

We can't thank John and his team enough for their hard work and craftsmanship throughout this project. This was an insurance claim on an historic building which they were very patient with and sensitive to the process and specific requirements. The work was done quickly, efficiently and respectfully ... the whole team was so great to work with.
